For law students who want to learn tax, property and industrial law practice the way it is done in chambers and before the authorities and courts of Gautam Budh Nagar.
What interns work on
Learn by working on live matters
- Research and drafting support on GST and income tax notices, replies and appeals
- RERA complaints, appeals and documentation
- Case files, chronologies and briefs for hearings before authorities, tribunals and the High Court
- Attending hearings and conferences with the advocates, where permitted
Students of three-year and five-year LL.B. programmes. Interest in taxation, commercial or property law is helpful, and diligence matters more than prior experience. Internships are usually for four to eight weeks, at the Noida office.
